Welcome to Every Pathway™! We are thrilled to have you as a member of our community dedicated to achieving financial freedom and exploring real estate opportunities. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Financial Ability and Sophistication: As a member, you affirm that you possess the financial ability, sophistication, and experience necessary to understand and bear the risks associated with the products and services offered by Every Pathway™. You acknowledge that investing in real estate and financial markets involves inherent risks, and you are fully aware of the potential rewards and hazards associated with such investments.
2. Product Risks and Disclosures: Each product offered by Every Pathway™, particularly those involving real estate investments, carries its own set of risks. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review all available disclosures, risk factors, and terms related to the specific product you are interested in before making any investment decisions. We encourage you to seek independent financial advice and conduct due diligence to make informed choices.
3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: As a member, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to investing and financial transactions. You must ensure that your use of Every Pathway™ services and participation in any investment activities are in full compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Every Pathway™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our services or any violation of this Member Agreement.
5. Investment Decisions and Responsibility: Every Pathway™ does not provide financial advice or act as an investment advisor. As a member, you are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and you acknowledge that Every Pathway™ is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your investment activities.
6. Confidentiality: During your membership, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information related to Every Pathway’s™ operations and services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third parties without our express written consent.
7. Termination of Membership: Every Pathway™ reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate this Member Agreement or engage in any conduct that may harm our reputation or operations.
8. Modifications to Agreement: Every Pathway™ may update or modify this Member Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised agreement on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly to stay informed of any updates.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Member Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York.
