Who is this for?

Do I need to understand the tools or the spreadsheets?

No. That is the whole point. You do not touch AirDNA, a pro-forma, or a calculator. You tell us the property; we do the analysis and hand you a plain answer.

How is this different from a free online calculator?

A calculator spits out an average and is notoriously wrong on specific properties. We check your actual property, its quirks and its real market, and tell you whether the number is real. It is a premium service for a serious decision, not a guess.

Do you take a cut or hold any money?

Never. We are paid a flat fee for the work, and that is the only way we are paid. No commission, no cut of your deal, no custody of your capital.

What is the bigger vision about?
