Every Pathway is a real-estate analysis and consulting practice. We provide research, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and related advisory work on a flat-fee basis. We do the analysis; the decision, and any capital, always remain yours.
2Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the site or engaging us for any work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. Specific engagements may be covered by a separate written scope or agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that work.
3Eligibility

4What we do, and what we do not do
Our services are limited to analysis and consulting. Specifically, we:
- Produce feasibility studies, rental and income analysis, financial models, and related materials.
- Deliver our work for a defined, flat fee agreed in advance.
We do not:
- Hold, pool, manage, or take custody of your money or property.
- Take a commission, success fee, or any percentage of a deal or a raise.
- Provide regulated investment, legal, tax, or appraisal services, or sell securities.
- Guarantee any outcome, return, rent figure, or value. Our work is analysis, not a promise.
5Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete information; our analysis is only as good as the inputs you provide.
- Make your own decisions. Our work supports your judgment; it does not replace it.
- Do your own due diligence and obtain independent legal, tax, or financial advice where appropriate.
- Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your property and your decisions.
6Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with the site's operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with Every Pathway.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute our reports or materials without our written consent.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone associated with Every Pathway.
7Limitation of liability
- Our work and the site are provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from decisions you make based on our analysis. Those decisions are yours, made at your own risk.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

- Nothing on this site or in our work is investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
- Real estate carries risk. Markets, rents, and values can move against you, and past performance does not predict future results.

9Privacy

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
11Termination
We may decline or end an engagement, or restrict access to the site, if these Terms are breached or if continuing would be unlawful or unreasonable. You may end an engagement at any time, subject to any separate engagement agreement.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Every Pathway is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
